- Final Meetings with Vendors – We’ll wrap up with detailed meetings to finalize logistics, timelines, and expectations.

If my venue already has a coordinator, do I still need a separate wedding coordinator?
At Beloved Events and Rentals, your Planner and Coordinator work exclusively for you. A Venue Coordinator focuses on the venue itself, ensuring the space runs smoothly—handling things like lighting, temperature, parking, and catering facilities on your big day. However, our role is different. We assist you long before you even step foot on-site. We’re responsible for the aspects that venue coordinators don’t cover. From finalizing details to curating your design, we bring your vision to life. We handle vendor management, add personal touches, and ensure every aspect of your wedding runs seamlessly and on time.
What’s the difference between Partial Planning and a Full-Service Wedding Planner?
Full-service wedding planners usually handle everything from start to finish, including managing the budget, selecting a venue, and dealing with vendors. Partial Planning, however, lets you stay hands-on with the creative side, while we take care of the heavy lifting. If you’ve got a clear vision and are able to handle some aspects yourself, but still want a professional to guide you through the process, Partial Planning offers a more affordable way to get expert help without the full-service cost.
Why can’t you just simply show up on the wedding day?
If we were to just arrive on the wedding day, we wouldn’t automatically know where things go, who the key players are, what your vision is, or what the schedule looks like. To do our job effectively, we need to get involved long before the wedding. This gives us the time to understand what’s already been planned, clarify everyone’s responsibilities, make sure nothing has been missed, and establish a clear plan for the day’s events.
Is there a travel fee?
We love to service all around Michigan, but we are located on the west side of the state! If we have to travel more than 30 miles outside of Holland Michigan, a travel fee may occur.
