We truly could not have pulled off our dream wedding without Katie and her team. About 8 months away from our wedding my (now) husband made me talk to Katie because I was incredibly stressed. It was the best decision I made.
She was absolutely no pressure, such a joy from the start, and I had so much fun with her. I knew immediately I could trust her with a 270 person wedding. I enjoyed every second of working with her, I actually had fun and miss our meetings!
She made me feel so comfortable and validated throughout planning, and truly made our wedding day so special.

From our first call to the day of our wedding, I knew Beloved Events and Rentals was the best decision we could have made.

From the very start, Katie was incredibly organized, prompt, and kind, and she brought such a profound sense of relief to me as a DIY bride, because I knew she had every detail accounted for and handled. On day of, we didn’t have to worry about a thing! She coordinated with vendors, set up all of the decor, developed our timeline, offered advice, and made sure that the only thing we had to do on our wedding day was sit back and enjoy it. She also sent us home with the sweetest Polaroid pictures, and they made our day even more special!

We used her day-of coordination services and rented bud vases, candle holders, and table numbers, and she also set up all of my DIY decor, like the linen sign, guest book, seating chart, and more. Everything looked exactly how I had imagined it, if not better, and it was a huge weight off my shoulders to know that she had everything taken care of!

Katie was better than I could ever ask or imagine! She eased any anxieties, she remembers EVERYTHING, and is so intentional with your decor and details. She often read my mind and executed my vision before I even needed to ask for help.

We actually had never met face to face but i felt like we were best friends from our virtual meetings and weekly texts leading up to the wedding. There are no words to describe the magic that was created for our wedding from the help of Beloved Events. Katie was hired right after we booked our venue and never failed to keep me as sane as a bride can be, and also become someone I truly don’t want to stop talking with. She saw my vision, she kept every problem away where I had no idea little things were happening behind the scenes on wedding day, and she truly just made us feel so special on the day. Lindsay was there for day of help and checked in with me on several things to make sure it was all perfect. She was even the last one in the room with me before walking me out, and truly she kept me so calm and smiling. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of us. I simply cannot recommend them enough. They had everything packed and organized all while we got to enjoy the little moments to end our night. We were nothing short of blessed to have them take care of us on such a special day in our lives.
